Cuando el cliente abandone el establecimiento antes de la fecha hasta la cual tenía
reserva, el titular del establecimiento hotelero podrá exigir el 100% del precio total de los servicios de alojamiento restantes que quedará a disposición del establecimiento hotelero como pago por
resserva no completada.
·Cancelaciones mismo día o no presentación:
Cuando el cliente no se presente o cancele el día de entrada, el titular del establecimiento hotelero podrá exigir el 100% del precio total de los servicios de alojamiento restantes.
Cancellation of reservation
-Standard rates:
The client will have to pay 30% of the total price at the
time of booking and 70% if cancelled after booking.
The client will have to pay 30% of the total price in
advance after making the reservation and 70% before the arrival date.
The 90% of the amount paid for the cancellation of the
reservation, can be used as payment on account of another possible reservation of the same client on another date with the same rates or paying the difference in rate in case of different
rates.
-Early check out:
When the client leaves the establishment before the date
up to which he/she had a reservation, the owner of the hotel establishment will pay the difference in rate in case of different rates.
The owner of the hotel establishment may demand 100% of
the total price of the remaining lodging services, which will remain at the disposal of the hotel establishment as payment for uncompleted reservation.
Same day cancellations or
no-shows:
When the client does not show up or cancels on the day of
check-in, the hotel establishment owner may demand 100% of the total price of the remaining accommodation services.
