The Salto de Bierge has become a place of recreation and enjoyment that gives us a combination of privileged nature and a performance of the inhabitants of the Sierra, first as a flour mill and then for the hydroelectric exploitation. Both have known to live for decades and in our responsibility, is to preserve it.
