CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of reservations:

· Cancel in advance, or when you have already registered (Disclaimer of Stay):

When the client leaves the establishment before the date until which he had Reservation, the owner of the hotel establishment may demand 100% of the total price of the remaining accommodation.

· Flexible rates: 

The customer will have to pay 30% of the total price from the reservation and 70% of the total price if he cancels during the 5 days before the date of arrival.
The client will have to pay 30% in advance of the total price after making the reservation and the 70% during the 7 days before the arrival date.
90% of the amount paid for the cancellation of the reservation may be used as payment on account of another possible reservation of the same customer on another date with the same rates or paying the difference of rate in case of different rates.
 
· Semi flexible rates (5% discount):

The customer will have to pay 30% of the total price from the reservation and 70% of the total price if he cancels during the 7 days before the date of arrival.
The client will have to pay 30% in advance of the total price after making the reservation and the 70% during the 7 days before the arrival date.
75% of the amount paid for the cancellation of the reservation may be used as payment on account of another possible reservation of the same customer on another date with the same rates or paying the difference of rate in case of different rates.
 
· Semi flexible rates (10% discount):
The customer will have to pay 100% of the total price if he cancels after making the reservation.
The customer will have to pay in advance a 100% of the total price after making the reservation.
50% of the amount paid for the cancellation of the reservation may be used as payment on account of another possible reservation of the same client on another date with the same rates or paying the difference of rate in case of different rates.
